The Lorraine Hotel seems to have been modernized..am I right?
They've turned it into the National Civil Rights Museum. A great place to visit if you're in Memphis. And you can still see the room where Martin Luther King stayed and where he was standing when he was killed. It's a powerful place.
Do you all remember what you were doing that night? It was a Friday night and I was at home with my family and my sister having dinner...
I may have been conceived a week or two before that early April of 1968. My memory is a bit foggy ...
