I saw an ad for this food product on tv the other day. I knew by its cringe-worthy, derivative name that this could be lucrative fodder for a rant. It practically demanded it. Christ, super-sized consumer consumption at its most decadent. A Busby Berkeley spectacle made of beef. If anyone wonders why the U. S. of A. suffers from the pandemonium of obesity, heart disease, high cholesterol, diabetes etc. Check it out:

Just six strips of bacon atop two beef patties. Add two slices of American cheese, mayo, ketchup and a bun. God bless America.
But, hey, I'm feeling pretty hungry. So one Baconator ain't gonna cut it. I'll also have a small fries and a large coke. Please. What's the damage?

Shoud I add a Broccoli & Cheese Potato or a Vanilla Frosty? I might still have a little room ... Or would I like to eat for the rest of the week? Fuck the RDA, I'll just have a Happy Meal later on. I'm short, they'll never know.
I'm really not going to rant here ... or have I already? I'll just let the facts speak for themselves. Investigate if you don't believe me. I feel the need to step out for a smoke just now.

The scariest part is when you read the nutrician details for that Wendy's meal. It's loaded with all sorts of hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup and preservatives.
I'm amazed Wendy's posted so much detail about this on the website.
